The United States of America has 50 states. The United States of America can be called United States of America, US or USA. The most popular states in America are California, Florida, New York, Texas, Hawaii, Washington D.C (Capital City) and Colorado. The population of the USA is 318.9 million. The USA is surrounded by Canada at the top and on the bottom of USA is Mexico. USA is just separated from Alaska. USA’s flag is Red,Blue and White an the 50 stars on it mean that there is 50 states in the USA. The most popular tourist attraction is the Grand Canyon in Arizona, Times square in New York and Disney World.
USA has 555 athletes competing in the 2016 Rio Olympics. USA has been in 27 summer olympics and 22 winter olympics and total of 2681 medals. USA always has the most amount of contestants in each olympics.
